There’s no big secret to great looking natural vegetable tanned leather goods – enjoy using & wearing your leathers, take care of them properly, and they will serve you well for years to come, not to mention they develop beautiful patinas along the way.
Do you want to keep your Chalrose Bag in great condition? Then follow these instructions.
-Never store your product in plastic or store it for long periods of time.
-The product may become discoloured in direct sunlight or very heavy rain.
-Has the product come into contact with moisture? Then dry it at room temperature; not in the sun and not by stove or heating.
-Dried raindrops and other light spots can be treated using a soft brush or leather sponge with leather soap dry foam. These spots often disappear by rubbing two surfaces of the product against each other.
-Spray – after wetting and removing the dried raindrops – reinsert the product with water repellent colourless conductor spray. For example, Tana / 3M.
-Never stain with corrosive solvents such as gasoline or acetone.
-Stug-made leather can be made smooth again by treating it with lead spray.
